The customer will be responsible for returning the product using
their own insured shipping. The product will be inspected on return and issued a full refund
if the product is in a reasonable condition (no scuffs, signs of abuse, etc. )

10 Year Limited Warranty
HumidorsDirect.ca guarantees that your Humidor will be replaced or
repaired at our expense should it be deemed to be defective because of faulty workmanship
or structural defects.
This warranty covers:
- Wood Materials: Warranted against splitting, cracking, or warping.
This warranty does not cover:
- Subsequent purchasers: This warranty only extends to the original purchase only.
- Repairs or replacements required as a result of abuse, neglect, alteration, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other natural calamity, abnormal use, accidental damage, or improper installation
- Incidental costs or damages arising out of any alleged defective component or from its repair or replacement
- Dents, scuffs, or scratches.
- Humidifier
- Hygrometer
- Discounted, open box or product sold "as is".
- Product sold through daily deals websites (Groupon, Living Social, RedFlagDeals.com, etc.)
The cost of shipping warranty claims will be at the sole responsibility of the customer.
All Warranty returns must be authorized with a Warranty Claim number.
